EASTBOURNE BOROUGH secured a vital three points in their play-off hunt at Clarence Park against St Albans City.
The Sports went close when Shiloh Remy cut inside and hit an effort straight at the goalkeeper.
St Albans started to create openings took the lead in the twentieth minute when good build-up play fall into the path of Shaun Jeffers, who confidently found the top corner of the net. However, Eastbourne were only behind for a few minutes.
