ALFIE PAVEY, Connor Calcutt and Ryan Upward were on target as Farnborough won convincingly.
Weston-super-Mare and Farnborough shared equal possession in the first half, with the visitors having very little to show for their endeavours despite the continual probing of Dayle Grubb, whereas Farnborough managed to nudge their noses in front with the only clear chance of the period when debutant Jayden Davis crossed the ball from the right with Alfie Pavey at the far post to tap in from a few feet out.
