BATTLING WINGS CLIP THE LEADERS

HIGH-FLIERS Yeovil Town were beaten by 20th place Welling United thanks to Anthony Grant’s second-half strike.
The Glovers started the stronger side, with a flurry of corners in the first ten minutes. Both Frank Nouble and Morgan Williams were unable to direct their headers on target.
Despite a strong start from Yeovil, as the first half progressed Welling United began to grow in confidence, keeping the ball very well but did little to threaten Joe Day in the Yeovil Town net.
With little goalmouth action, the first half ended goal...
