Hornchurch sign Terry, Balanta, Barnum-Bobb and McQueen

have made four signings in one day ahead of their return to South.

The Urchins have brought in Mason Terry, Angelo Balanta, Jazzi Barnum-Bobb and Darren McQueen.

Goalkeeper Terry has arrived on a season-long loan from West Ham United. He impressed against Hornchurch last season for in Premier. The stopper has been on the Hammers’ books since he was nine and won the FA Youth Cup with them last year.

Angelo Balanta spent last season at , his second spell with the club. The Colombian started at QPR and has also represented the likes of Milton Keynes Dons, Bristol Rovers and Dagenham & .

Jazzi Barnum-Bobb has won six caps for St Vincent and the Grenadines alongside an impressive CV in . The defender started at Cardiff City under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer before moving to Newport. His three seasons at across two spells all ended in the play-offs, he’s made the short switch from their Step 2 rivals.

Darren McQueen won with just over a year ago. The forward has departed ‘fleet for a second time to reunite with boss Daryl McMahon.

Chairman Alex Sharp told the official Hornchurch website:

“Darren is a statement of intent from us. He has played at a very decent level and is renowned for his pace and finishing. I think he will give us something different.

“This will be the third time Darren has played under Daryl which I think demonstrates the mutual respect and admiration the two have for each other.”
