TWO goals from Kwesi Appiah and one from Lee Ndlovu were enough to give Boreham Wood a straightforward victory against Chesham United. This was Wood’s fourth win in a row, taking them up to second in the table, one point behind leaders Torquay United.
The match was effectively over as a contest on nine minutes when Boreham Wood were awarded a penalty due to handball on the line by Generals defender Jack Cawley. Referee Ben Tomlinson had no choice but to send Cawley off. Appiah made no mistake from the spot to give Wood the lead. W...
