Two early goals were enough for Farnborough to take the points at the Saunders Transport Community Stadium against Weston-Super-Mare in the National League South.
Both play-off chasing sides were intent on working the ball wide before feeding their forwards, and straight from the whistle, a ravenous Farnborough tore into Weston.
A fine overlapping move from Luciano D’Auria-Henry saw the right-back drive the ball in low to the near post, where Jonny Stuttle met the ball with a flick into the back of the net and the lead in the third minute.
