HONOURS were even as Slough came back from a two goal deficit to claim a point at Welling.
Scott Kashket’s first-half brace appeared to have put Welling on the way to a much-needed victory but the visitors responded well after the break and deserved their point.
Rhys Lovett made two saves in quick succession to keep out Slough’s David Ogbonna and Johnny Goddard, however, it was Welling who opened the scoring when Riccardo Di Trolio sent Deon Moore away down the left. He crossed low and Kashket tucked it home at the far post...
