SLOUGH TOWN cruised to a comfortable win over Aveley, easing any relegation worries with a confident display.
The Rebels took the lead after 12 minutes when defender Guy Hollis marked his 300th appearance for the club in perfect fashion, heading home from a Johnny Goddard corner. Slough doubled their advantage shortly before the break as Scott Davies curled a trademark free-kick around the wall and in via the post, after David Ogbonna was fouled on the edge of the area.
