THREE first-half goals saw Bath City record their biggest win of the season to blow Aveley away.
The Romans broke through inside three minutes.
Jordan Alves was tumbled by Adam Leathers and the winger’s resulting free-kick was cleverly flicked in by Kieran Parselle from close range.
Danny Scopes’s side reacted well when Jason Ring’s throw bounced for Manny Ogunrinde, whose shot on the turn was parried by Harvey Wiles-Richards.
City made it 2-0 on 29 minutes.
Luke Russe dispossessed Leathers and Alves picked up the loose ball to drive home unerringly.
