Hemel Hempstead Town have had a busy day in the transfer market, confirming four new signings.
Jack Davies, Ethan Light, Dan Wishart and Brandon Barzey have made the move to the Focus Community Arena.
Barzey made six appearances on loan last season for Hemel, scoring once. The winger has returned to the Step 2 outfit after spending the rest of the last campaign with Dartford.
Davies, Light and Wishart are all defenders. Davies ended 2023/24 with Banbury United after his release from MK Dons. He has experience at this level with Oxford City and Concord Rangers.
Light was a teammate of Davies’ at the end of last season with Banbury. He was on loan from Leyton Orient, a club he signed for in January 2023 after impressing at Burnham.
Wishart, 32 at the end of this month, has spent the last two seasons with Hampton & Richmond Borough. The left-back is back with the Tudors after previously representing them 23 times in 2021/22.
Town finished 20th last season in National League South, four points clear of relegation. Bobby Wilkinson was appointed just before the final day draw at Taunton Town.
