WILL MORFORD’S close-range effort 17 minutes from time gave Paul Meredith the perfect start to life as interim Shortwood boss.
Meredith took the reins earlier this week, with Morford assisting him, until the end of the campaign as former manager Alex Sykes departed because his and the club’s future aspirations did not correlate, according to a Shortwood statement.
