ISAAC Osei-Tutu’s long-range effort was enough give Marlow an opening-day victory over Arlesey.
Early pressure from the visitors paid off when Osei-Tutu’s effort crept into the net through a crowd of players.
But Marlow were made to work hard for their win as Arlesey applied the pressure in the second period.
The second half began in bizarre circumstances with Bart Pedrycz still changing his shorts after they had been ripped in the first half.
