TRANMERE Rovers manager Micky Mellon reckons he has got a star of the future on his hands in Luke Pilling – but does not want fans to get too excited.
The home favourite made his Wales under-21 debut last month during a 3-0 win over Switzerland, and was once again involved as they lost to Portugal a few days later.
That follows a breakthrough Toulon Tournament this summer, where he was named the best goalkeeper, alerting the attention of several Premier League and Championship clubs.
