HEREFORD stretched their winning league run to six matches, but left it late against Chesham with two stoppage-time goals.
Hereford were forced to make two early substitutions due to injury, but the second, Jamie Bird, made his mark with a 25- yard drive to give the visitors the lead on 40 minutes.
Chesham came into the game more after the interval and thought they had equalised in the opening minute but Joe Iaciofano’s effort was disallowed for offside.
