A MUCH-NEEDED clean sheet led to a relatively comfortable win for Frome over Gosport Borough thanks to goals from Kane Simpson and Kris Scott.
In an even first half where both sides had periods of dominance, the half-time scoreline had 0-0 written all over it until Kris Miller overlapped in the 40th minute, and after taking on his marker, he made it to the deadball line and hit a low cross across the face of goal for Simpson to score with ease from close range.
