BANBURY lost their undefeated home record which stretched back to November after losing to St Ives.
After four minutes Banbury got their first chance when Ravi Shamsi was put through on goal, but he lost control of the ball.
After 14 minutes, in their first real attack, Banbury got caught on the break and Andrew Osei- Boncu took the ball through and hit a tremendous shot into the right-hand corner.
After 39 minutes St Ives made it two with their second attack when Ben Seymour-Shove scored.
