A MUCH-IMPROVED second-half performance from the home side earned them a deserved point.
The first 45 minutes was anything but a classic with chances at a premium but after Owain Jones and Ian Traylor almost combined on eight minutes Merthyr created very little going forward.
Harrow did have the ball in the net on 26 minutes but Shaun Preddie’s finish was ruled out.
But, just six minutes later, Borough were ahead when Adam Pepera found the net with a shot-come-cross.
