LEISTON inched closer to the play-off places with a fine victory at Tamworth.
Showing signs of lethargy following FA Cup defeat, the Lambs fell to an early deficit.
Under no pressure on the left wing, Sebastian Dunbar set up Will Davies with a low cross into the box on nine and he duly turned it past Jas Singh to open the scoring.
None of the Lambs attacks bore any fruit as they searched for a way back as Jack Concannon, Mikey Taylor and Orrin Pendley all found the visiting defence a hard nut to crack.
