NEW boss Andy Peaks got his Tamworth managerial career off to a dream start as the Lambs enjoyed an emphatic victory over Barwell.
Two first-half goals from an unlikely source – defender James Hurst – and further strikes from Jack Thomas, Ryan Beswick, Dan Creaney and Jordan Clement sealed victory.
The home side set the tone with a positive start, Dexter Walters denied by Max Bramley and debutant Gift Mussa blasting the rebound over.
