DEEN MASTER’S freekick early in the second half proved enough to hand Barwell the points at home to a shot-shy Stratford.
The hosts had the better of the first half but were unable to turn their chances into goals.
In the 11th minute, Josh Flanagan won the ball in the centre of the park before finding Tom Cursons who turned his marker only to put his shot wide of the far post.
