TWO goals in the first period and another halfway through the second saw Poole leave West London three points to the good. The clear-cut margin of victory did not truly reflect the balance of play, but was a result of the Dolphins’ better finishing. The game began slowly, but burst into life in the seventh minute when Hanwell top scorer Sam Evans was clear on goal but denied by namesake Poole ‘keeper Max Evans.
