ALVECHURCH pulled off the ultimate smashand-grab raid, with a single-goal win with only nine men.
Hosts Stamford dominated the game from the off and Tendai Chitiza shot wide from a good position, before Connor Bartles’ free-kick was headed narrowly wide by Ashton Offler.
Joshua Dugmore had the first effort for Alvechurch, but Michael Duggan saved easily.
Chitiza showed good feet to find Bartle, but he fired his effort over the crossbar.
