SHOLING delivered a match-winning team performance, bouncing back from last week’s home defeat.
Despite Poole’s strong start, including an early attempt by Toby Holmes, brilliantly saved by Charlie Wagstaffe, Sholing took the lead at the 13-minute mark when Owen Roundell’s header found Dan Mason, who headed it past Dolphins’ goalkeeper Max Evans.
Sholing quickly doubled their lead as Brad Targett cut inside and unleashed a shot, finding the corner of the net.
