THIS Hertfordshire derby ended in a surprise but ultimately deserved win for Berkhamsted, who came from behind in the second half, with veteran Nathan Frater scoring two goals.
Hitchin’s home form has been notoriously poor, but for 64 minutes they appeared to be in control and looked likely to add to their lead.
The hosts, once they had established some kind of rhythm, constructed an elaborate move where Finley Wilkinson was able to hold the ball up and move to an optimum position for a goal attempt.
