SALISBURY maintained their push for the league title with a stunning second-half display which sent Tiverton back to Devon with no points.
The visitors made a bright start. On the halfhour mark Tivvy forced last-ditch clearances from Whites captain Sido Jombati and Jamar Smith before seeing an attempt cannon of the crossbar and clear.
Salisbury took the lead in the 38th minute when good work by Aaron Simpson down the right saw the ball come to Josh Hedges whose wickedly teasing cross was headed into the net off the bar by Dan Fitchett.
