TIVERTON’S incredible fight for survival continued with victory over Merthyr Town enabling them to climb out of the relegation zone for the first time since November.
The hosts created little in the opening period with Joe Parker’s effort after 15 minutes the best of the chances.
Meanwhile, Josh Yorwerth header was the Martyrs’ first effort on goal. but Zak Baker was more than up to the task after 25 minutes to keep the scorers level.
