AFC Telford United manager Kevin Wilkin is confident his players will cope with the demands of an expectant fanbase as they attempt to put last season’s play-off heartache behind them.
The Bucks’ bid to bounce straight back to Step 2 hit the buffers when, after finishing runners-up behind Needham Market, they lost 1-0 at home to Leamington in the play-off final.
“It is very much a thing of being able to deal with it (the pressure) and turn it into a positive, and I’m confident they will do that this season,” he told The NLP.
