STAMFORD got back to winning ways, despite almost throwing away a three-goal lead against Bromsgrove.
The hosts took the lead through Lee Shaw, whose industrious run left three defenders in his wake and fired into the corner of the net from the edge of the area.
An uncharacteristic mistake at the back saw a header fall short to Charles Wragg, but he couldn’t punish the Daniels, firing wide.
