GOSPORT extended their unbeaten run to seven games, but were unable to secure three points against a Plymouth side third from bottom.
The home side had the first big opportunity. Ex-Bournemouth midfielder Danny Hollands launched a long free kick, trickling onto Asher Yearwood open in front of goal. Almost with too much time to think about it, the attacker shot just wide.
