A JORDY Mongoy hat-trick saw Hastings United to a comfortable victory as they took a home win against play-off hopefuls Whyteleafe.
Hastings opened their account on 12 minutes when Mongoy fired past the visitors’ keeper Tyler McCarthy from ten yards, after he capitalised on a mix-up in the visitors’ defence.
Leafe almost levelled within a minute when Andre McCollin brought a great save out of home keeper Charlie Horlock.
Mongoy made it 2-0 on 51 minutes, heading home from close range following a sweeping move from the halfway line.
