A GOAL in each half from Bradley Warner was enough to give Bowers & Pitsea a wellearned away victory in a dour encounter where goalscoring chances proved to be at a premium.
Bowers opened the scoring on 19 minutes as Warner followed in a shot from Quinton Monville that had been well saved by Potters Bar’s debutant goalkeeper Arthur Janata, the former Leyton Orient stopper, who could only manage to push the ball into the path of the goalscorer.
