Mensah just too clever for Rooks

SIMON Mensah’s early strike proved enough to give Leatherhead all three points in a disjointed game.
Mensah struck the winner in the fourth minute, after the Rooks had squandered a second-minute chance.
Dayshonne Golding’s cross was controlled by Peter Gregory but his shot was saved by Tanners keeper Zac Oualah at the foot of his post.
In the next attack, the visitors went ahead when Tommy Wood outpaced the Lewes defence before squaring to Mensah who had time to pick his spot from the edge of the box.
