BRIGHTLINGSEA moved out of the drop zone with a battling display against an off-colour play-off chasing Enfield Town, to follow up their draw with high-flying Folkestone Invicta last week.
The Towners found creating chances difficult and the visitors’ uncompromising back line held firm in relative comfort throughout.
Despite its four goals, the game was as grim as the leaden North London skies But the Rs led on 11 minutes when Es keeper Nathan McDonald brought down Jerry Kamanzi in the box and Jake Turner converted the spot kick.
