CHRIS DICKSON’S two goals moved Hornchurch into second place and helped see off mid-table Boro.
The hosts controlled the early stages with veteran striker Jamie Cureton twice going close and the excellent Joe Christou firing a freekick just over.
Boro’s Romoluwa Akinola had an effort kept out, although it was the Urchins who looked the more threatening out of the two sides.
