■ DEREHAM’S home unbeaten run came to an end in emphatic fashion thanks to Aveley, who were the better side throughout.
Both sides had early chances before the visitors gradually took control.
The pressure paid off as Alex Akrofi tapped home a low cross from the right to put the Millers in front in the 30th minute.
And in added time at the end of the first half, Akrofi ran through the home defence and finished with ease.
