■ HAYWARDS Heath Town slipped to a second successive league defeat as Hythe out-thought and outfought the early pacesetters.
Hythe had too much nous and experience for secondplaced Heath and they won following a goalkeeping error that handed Charlie Webster a golden chance to score, which he gleefully took.
In a rough and tumble contest, it seemed the visitors were happy to sit nine or ten men behind the ball, denying the home side clear chances.
