THREE-TIME league winner Martin Standen has been named as the new manager of Arlesey Town, replacing Chico Ramos, who was sacked by the Blues last month after two years in charge.
Standen twice won the Spartan South Midland Premier division as a player, with Colney Heath and Royston, and once as a manager with Bovingdon.
He has appointed former Cambridge City, Royston and Hayes & Yeading striker Kaane Fehmi as his assistant.
Standen said: “I’m looking forward to the challenge ahead and taking a big club like Arlesey slowly to where it needs to be.”
