■ EAST Grinstead won three precious points at local rivals Three Bridges, but remain in the bottom two.
The 70th-minute winner came from an Alex Battle penalty following a challenge by Bryan Villavicencio.
Both sides were guilty of wasting chances, but Grinstead got their noses in front within a minute of half-time when Andrew Briggs netted.
Bridges took ten minutes to level when Cameron Lawson at last slipped the ball home after missing two other chances, before home keeper Mitch Bromage then denied ex- -Bridges striker Omar Folkes.
