■ THEY left it late, but Phoenix Sports survival dreams are still on after a last-gasp win at home to Sittingbourne.
Sports bossed the first half and Wale Odedoyin was denied multiple times, before he finally lobbed the hosts into a deserved 34th-minute lead.
The Brickies needed the break and came out rejuvenated. A spell of good pressure led to a corner and from it Ahmed Abdullah headed in.
Phoenix keeper Steve Phillips saved well from Kane Rowland and when the same player did beat him, the crossbar came to his rescue.
