■ EAST Grinstead came into the match looking to extend their recent unbeaten run and the game started evenly.
Faversham saw more of the ball without creating any clear-cut openings and it was Omar Folkes for Grinstead who had the best chance, but couldn’t find the finish. Half-time brought a stalemate and the second half went the same as the first. Grinstead came close to taking the lead when good play by Folkes created an opening and crossed to Crawley Town loanee Alex Battle, but his header was well saved and palmed onto a post by Patrick Ohm...
