■ ASHFORD United came back from behind to take all three points at Whitstable.
In horrendous conditions, both sides struggled to get a foothold on the game. However, against the run of play and on the counter, Keith McMahon’s side managed to snatch a lead on the cusp of half-time through Charlie Heatley.
But a second-half onslaught from Ashford saw them recover. First, Jarred Trespaderne fired in the equaliser on the half-volley, then a scramble inside the penalty area saw Jack Steventon prod in.
