BRIGHTLINGSEA were hauled back into the relegation battle when Bayley Mummery’s late goal gave Corinthian Casuals victory.
It was a game of few chances but Casuals offered very little throughout and Rs supporters may feel that their side were the victims of a smash-and-grab raid.
The R’s bossed the first half. Their first opportunity fell to Aaron Blair, who skipped past a defender and headed towards the corner of the penalty area, from where he curled his effort just past the far post.
