■ THERE was deadlock at Reachfields as Hythe Town and Lancing fought out a battling draw.
Both goals came in the early stages of the first half.
The visitors were ahead as early as the third minute of the game as Harrison Parker got the ball over to Matt Daniel who bundled the ball over the Hythe goal-line.
But the lead only lasted for six minutes as Luca Woodhouse floated a cross deep to the far post where Riley Alford was on hand to head into the top corner of the net.
