AARON Smith-Joseph crowned a star-man display with the winner as Carshalton came from behind to beat Brightlingsea Regent.
The visitors led in the seventh minute when a defensive misunderstanding allowed Rs summer signing, Luke Woodward, to nip in and roll the ball into an empty net.
Moments later, Robins keeper Liam Beach had to be on his toes to prevent it becoming 2-0.
