LOWESTOFT made the nmost of their chances to get the season off to a winning start.
The visiting team didn’t have it all their own way in an end-to-end game, with both keepers making some fantastic saves. The first half could have ended 5-5, but neither side could find the net.
The second half started much the same, but the away team’s fitness showed in the last ten minutes. Jake Reed opened the scoring after 80 minutes and the pressure kept coming as, four minutes later, Chris Henderson doubled Lowestoft’s lead.
