■BURGESS Hill picked up their first win of the season as they battled to a hard-fought win over East Grinstead.
The Hillians started on the front foot and Dan Perry and Jeff Duah-Kessie were causing the Wasps back line a lot of problems. Unfortunately, Duah-Kessie had to go off injured after half-an-hour and Hill’s threat diminished.
With both teams pressing, it was Burgess Hill who found the winner after 70 minutes.
