■SHEPPEY United took the three points after a spirited display at a wet and windy Sportsfield.
The star was Mfula Warren-Hughes who scored a hat-trick for the Kent side.
A strong start for the Golds began with a lovely goal for Dion Jarvis in the seventh minute.
His right-footed shot from distance beat the Sheppey keeper. But as Golds’ stopper James Binfield came out to clear an attack, he was rounded by Warren-Hughes a to equalise.
Golds continued to attack, but a wayward chance led to a counter for Sheppey.
