HONOURS were even after Lancing’s nightmare journey to the Jarman Stadium which saw kick off delayed until nearly 3.45.
And the leggy Lancing players were soon behind as Youssouf Bamba struck the home side into an early lead. It was a lead that lasted until just before the break when Kane Louis headed the visitors level.
The more the second period went on the more the home side pressed – Mario Quiassaca had a header cleared off the line and Correy Davidson shot inches wide.
