CHARLIE Greenwood’s penalty two minutes from time ensured honours were even at the end of a match full of endeavour, but low on quality.
The first half was instantly forgettable. The second half followed a similar pattern, and it began to look as though one goal would win it.
In the 74th minute, the Merstham defence failed to deal with a routine high ball and Sam Murphy was on hand to put Town in front. Murphy almost added a second when his shot beat Filip Chalupniczak, but Greenwood made a superb goal line clearance. Goal saver turned goalscor...
