LUKE DONALDSON’S 66th-minute goal was the only thing that separated two-closely matched sides.
In a game of few chances, particularly in the first-half, Donaldson’s strike into the bottom corner gave the Marigolds all three points.
With an earlier kick-off to avoid a clash with the World Cup, the match took time to get going.
